Mr. Beyer and Mr. Pongratz had worked together, in the same office, for 2 years prior to their creation of the current corporation. Etan Rosen joined the firm as it’s first law clerk in 1994 and later became its first Associate and, then, a Partner. David Brown joined the firm in 2002 and became a partner in 2006. The main office of the business is in Sacramento, with a satellite office in Lincoln.
